CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER

Once an order has been placed, a confirmation email is sent to you automatically, if you have not received it Check your spam or junk email folder. Within this email you can see if your order has been shipped and the tracking number.

In addition, you will also receive an email when your order is prepared with the tracking number and carrier chosen for your shipment.

If you still do not see the confirmation email, contact us via email at info@sermilitar.store indicating your problem, the name and telephone number you used to place the order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

If your order is sent with the Post Office, the postman must leave you a notice of arrival and place the order for delivery the next day. If you are absent twice, leave your order at the post office closest to your home.

If your order is sent with GLS, the delivery person usually calls you when you are not at home to arrange a new delivery or offer a delivery solution to a neighbor or collection point.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DEADLINES TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

You have 15 days from receipt of the order to request a size change or return of your order.

CHRISTMAS PERIOD: Since November 15 we expand The deadline for exchanges and returns is until January 15.

DEVOLUTION COSTS

The amount of returns is as shown below, return costs will be deducted from the corresponding refund.

- Returns from the Balearic Islands: €5.99

SIZE CHANGES

You have a FREE size change for our items in the clothing, footwear and uniforms section, returns are not free, you can see the return costs and more information here .

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the size change costs will be shared: SERMILITAR will pay the return cost to our warehouses and the customer will pay for the new shipment to their home.

PRODUCT CHANGES

Product changes, whether backpack size, t-shirt color or any other type of change, will cost €1.

REFUND

Once we receive your return in our logistics center, the Customer Service department will contact you to confirm the refund within a maximum period of 15 days. This period may be longer during Christmas, the time of sales and promotions such as Black Friday, etc.

Reimbursement of returned items will be made in the same payment method in which they were paid.

Shipping costs or any other expense or service related to your order will not be reimbursed .

If you are responsible for paying return costs They will be deducted from the total refund.

At sermilitar we have the Sequra installment payment service that offers to pay in 3 interest-free installments, 30, 60 and 90 days after making the purchase. You can also finance your purchase for up to 24 months, depending on the purchase amount.

CASH ON DELIVERY

On our website, at the moment, we do not offer cash on delivery.
