Changes are free, returns are not. Read on to learn more.
You are entitled to ONE (1.-) free size change on request. You can do it through our portal for exchanges and returns.
The product / color changes will have a cost of € 1 for national shipments (we will send you an email to complete the payment once we are going to make the shipping of the new item).
You can make your return in up to 15 days . After these 15 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.
In the event that the product is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts For reasons beyond our control we cannot guarantee the refund of the item.
Masks, for security reasons, cannot be returned.
The shipping costs for returns will be the following:
- Peninsular returns: € 3.95
- Returns from the Balearic Islands: € 5.95
- Returns from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: € 9.95
- International returns: contact us via email.
Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund you receive.

Once we receive and verify your return, we will send an email to notify you that we have processed your refund and sent the corresponding amount automatically to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days.
I haven't received the refund, what do I do?
If you have not received one of our refunds, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit or debit card company, sometimes it takes several days.
- If none of the above have worked for you, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund is posted.

Extension of period for changes and returns CHRISTMAS
From November 15 we extend the deadline for exchanges and returns until January 15.
