Flex Admin molle pouch from the 5.11 brand, has a main pocket with two cords that act as "hinges" which make its vertical opening more comfortable to find what you need. Additionally, it attaches to all platforms using the Flex-HT™ mounting system's ½" webbing ladder and ¾" TPU-coated straps.
