Medium IFAK First Aid Kit - Neptune Spear

The Medium IFAK (Sleeve + Insert) first aid kit from the Polish brand Neptune Spear is designed to carry all the necessary medical supplies in case of emergencies. It has an ambidextrous design that allows us to access it from both sides, a feature that can be life-saving.

This IFAK consists of two pieces. The outer piece is made of Cordura and has a velcro area on the front with an interchangeable color cross (gray, red, and black). Additionally, the top part includes a tourniquet holder and a scissors pouch. This pouch can be attached to both molle surfaces and our belt.

The inner pouch folds inside the case and has a small velcro area on the back that helps secure it inside the case. On the front, we find an elastic that can be used to store another emergency scissors, a marker, etc.

Once removed, we can access the interior by opening the dust and water-proof zipper. The inside of the pouch includes elastics to distribute and organize all the supplies we need.

The IFAK has dimensions of 16 cm x 12 cm x 7 cm and features a compression elastic on the back that can help secure the load inside if it does not completely fill the interior space. Medical supplies not included.
