The IFAK Blow-Out Kit Pouch LBT-9022B-T first aid kit from the American brand London Bridge Trading, LBT , is used daily by US special forces units, such as Navy SEAL, MARSOC, Delta Force, FBI..., the design and the quality of this IFAK is more than proven .
The design is simple, a 14×21cm (5.5L x 9W) compartment that closes with an aerospace grade aluminum cable with MILSPEC nylon hook, to access the contents we simply have to pull the cable that passes through the eight tabs that it has and opens completely, automatically accessing the content.
On the back we have two types of anchoring : using two strips to fix them to any MOLLE surface or, it also has two hooks to mount them directly on a belt up to 6.3cm (2.5") wide.
It weighs about 120 grams (0.195lbs).
