The Salomon Forces Quest 4D GTX 2 High boots are the new high-top model from the renowned French brand, they have a Goretex membrane that ensures we keep our feet dry at all times, by allowing the steam generated by the foot to escape, but prevent water from entering.
Salomon's Contagrip® All Terrain sole offers reliability on a wide variety of terrain, as well as exceptional durability. It adapts to all types of surfaces without sacrificing resistance. Furthermore, the geometry of its studs is designed to respond to the requirements of the different support areas with the idea of offering maximum versatility.
The midsole has EnergyCell technology and is made of dual-density foam, along with Ortholite insoles with great breathability and moisture control, making it a very complete and comfortable boot.
Together with this sole, it also has the Salomon 4D Advanced Chassis structure that reduces fatigue by increasing the stability and resistance to torsion of the footprint. The SensiFit lacing system makes the boot fit perfectly to the foot for a better feeling when "grabbing" the foot from the midsole.
The boot in general, as in the entire Forces range, has been specially reinforced and has a reinforced toe, Enigma Zero HT2 anti-puncture reinforcements on the sole, inserts on the inside to enable Fast Rope maneuvers, etc. Each boot has an average weight of about 730 grams.
