Ballistic plates Stand Alone Ballistic Protection - level IV
Ballistic Protection Brand Level 4 Ballistic Plates are constructed of Stand Alone Alumina Ceramic with Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene backing. It is resistant to rifles up to .30 AP / 7.62mm NATO FMJ.
The cover is made of tear-resistant 1000D Nylon , it is also treated against UV rays and is waterproof. It has a curved design that better fits our torso.
The shooter plate (front) weighs approximately 2.65kg , measures 25.4 x 30.5cm and is 2.4cm thick. The full plate (rear) weighs approximately 2.8kg and has measurements of 25.5 x 30.5cm and a thickness of 2.4cm.
The manufacturer recommends that the configuration be: level IV stand-alone aluminum front plate with protection against sniper shots and level III polyethylene rear plate.
The most common distribution is: level IV protection plate at the front and level III at the rear.
It is certified according to the standard NIJ-0101.06 .
