How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time for peninsular shipments is & nbsp; 5 & nbsp; working days from when the order is placed, 6-7 working days for the Balearic Islands and 8-9 working days for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

All shipments will be made by the transport company & nbsp; Correos, Envialia, Zeleris and GLS .

International orders & nbsp; have an approximate shipping time of about 10-14 days.

If for any reason the order has to be delayed, we will contact you to let you know.
Once the shipment has been made, it is not allowed to make any changes to the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and is expressly accepted by the parties.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will appear broken down in the summary of your purchase. The expenses will be calculated depending on the destination and therefore will be:

Spain (peninsula): € 3.95
Canary Islands: € 9.95
Balearic Islands: € 5.95
Ceuta and Melilla: € 5.95
International: & nbsp; Calculated when entering the shipping data.

Shipping costs will be free for purchases over € 29.95 (only for peninsular shipments; Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded).

Shipping costs will be free for purchases over € 39.95 for shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

What happens if I am not at the address that I indicated when the courier is to deliver the order?

After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will contact you via email, sms or telephone to arrange a new delivery. This delivery can be made to the shipping address you indicated or to one of the carrier's offices.
After another unsuccessful attempt, your order will be deposited at the carrier's office and after a week, the order will be returned to our offices, and we will refund the amount of the same by subtracting the costs of returning the package.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

If after a period of 5 working days from the confirmation of your order you have not received it, please contact us through the email info@sermilitar.store.

Presale shipments.

Pre-sale product shipments take approximately 15-20 days to ship. The shipment is made by GLS or Envialia (Except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). When the shipment is made, you will be notified with an email containing the tracking number.

Transportation costs (both shipping and return) will be returned only when & nbsp; SERMILITAR is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.).
